Washington D.C. - The delegates from Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands, Pablo José Hernández and Stacey Plaskett, respectively, asked the Senate to include in the Republican tax reconciliation bill the measure that would increase, for a decade, the reimbursement for federal excise tax on rum imported from both territories.
