Washington - Although the Oversight Board insists on denying the funds, governor Pedro Pierluisi intends to give the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA) the funding it needs to finance the salaries and expenses of the six delegates who will be elected to lobby for statehood on Sunday.
