Washington D.C. - Puerto Rican diaspora organizations have denounced Donald Trump’s decision to dismiss five of the seven members of the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB), which they believe seeks to favor the “vulture funds” that hold bonds from the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) and object to the cut proposed by that financial entity in the public corporation’s debt.
