In his arrival to Fortaleza yesterday, Governor Ricardo Rosselló wanted to convey a positive tone, and—in an attempt to establish the foundation of his new government—warned that he could take legal action against Alejandro García Padilla’s administration, while drawing a line between what he would and would not allow from the Oversight Board (OB).
