Washington - Along with four colleagues, independent Senator Bernie Sanders (Vermont) will present a bill that promotes to make at least $ 100 billion available to Puerto Rico, during the next decade, for its reconstruction and fiscal viability after the catastrophe caused by Hurricane Maria.
