Yesterday, in a divided vote, the Supreme Court revoked a ruling by Judge Lauracelis Roques Arroyo of the San Juan Court ordering Governor Ricardo Rosselló to present to popular Senator Eduardo Bhatia a copy of the budget draft submitted to the Board on April 30.
