In anticipation of the Oversight Board’s establishment, the "Agenda Ciudadana" (Citizens' Agenda) Foundation and the "Comité Noviembre" (November Committee) collaborative group joined forces to show the new regulatory agency the proposals that Puerto Ricans—both on the Island and the diaspora—have developed in response to specific issues, in areas such as economy, healthcare, security, education, and the environment, among others.
