Ceiba - Communities near the former Roosevelt Roads military base have spent the past week on edge after increasingly frequent sightings of large planes and helicopters flying over their towns and others in the eastern and southern regions of the country. Anxiety is mounting due to the lack of information about the reason for the aircraft’s presence, leaving residents at the mercy of speculation.
