The president of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR), Zayira Jordán Conde, reaffirmed that she does not plan to support an increase in tuition costs for students residing in the Puerto Rican archipelago, but said that an adjustment should be considered for foreign students or those from other U.S. jurisdictions.
