The secretary of the Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC), Sebastián Negrón Reichard, expects to complete, before the end of the year, the analysis and resolution of some 7,000 documents related to the granting, updating or review of decrees or benefits granted by the government through the Puerto Rico Incentives Code and that are backlogged.
