The Electric Power Authority (AEE) notified Power Expectations’ chief executive officer, Eddie Echevarría, on Tuesday of the immediate termination of the temporary power generation contract that was expected to provide Puerto Rico with approximately 400 megawatts of capacity to offset the shortfalls in the territory’s power generation fleet.
