The first market study on the aerospace sector in Puerto Rico concluded that, although the industry projects growth and new hires, it faces persistent challenges in recruiting and retaining employees, particularly due to the wage gap with the United States, the need to adapt academic curricula and the lack of soft skills among candidates.
