The Department of Economic Development and Commerce (DDEC) will “carefully evaluate” whether or not to revoke the tax decree granted to José Ofilio Gurdián, who, as revealed by El Nuevo Día, was imprisoned in Colombia on April 1, 2024, when the agency granted him the benefit under the Incentives Code (Law 60).
