Federal District Judge Laura Taylor Swain used the general hearing for the Title III Cases to reiterate that the litigation she authorized between the objecting bondholders of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) and the Financial Oversight and Management Board (FOMB) must result in a clear path to establish how much the utility company ultimately owes. That process must be completed or reach an advanced stage by November of this year.
