LUMA Energy, the consortium that five years ago committed to operating Puerto Rico’s power grid, sued the Public-Private Partnership Authority (AAPP) on Monday night in the hope that the litigation will put an end to the arguments raised by the government against it to cancel the Operation and Maintenance Agreement (OMA) between the parties.
