WASHINGTON – Beyond lobbying in favor of finalizing the preliminary agreement to restructure the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA), the Republican leadership of the US House Committee on Natural Resources has chosen to keep a relatively low public profile concerning the recent developments in Puerto Rico's fiscal and public debt crisis.
