After HIMA San Pablo reached an agreement with the parties that objected to the request for an additional $2 million as part of the emergency financing it received to keep operations afloat, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Enrique Lamoutte Inclán authorized the amendment to the financing approved in September.
