Washington D.C. - Community-based groups, led by the Center for Popular Democracy Action (CPDA) with the support of Democratic Congresswoman Nydia Velázquez, launched the “Not Your Tax Haven” campaign, which rejects former Act 22 and asks the federal government to control its beneficiaries.
