Condado: More than $450 million in construction projects

A Negocios analysis reveals that an avalanche of investment seeks to take advantage of Puerto Rico’s main tourist hub with new hotels and luxury housing towers, but an obsolete infrastructure and climate change will pose a challenge to that transformation

New hotels, housing towers, and condo hotels designed for the luxury segment will be part of Condado’s landscape in the next five years. It is a wave of new construction that, according to the Negocios analysis, will involve an investment of at least $450 million.
