Washington D.C. - The federal Department of Education wants to exclude from the public service loan forgiveness program people who are employed by companies it considers to be engaged in activities “with a substantial illegal purpose,” including “violations of immigration laws,” instigating “discrimination,” and gender affirmation care services.
