In a series of letters sent Thursday to the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB), Energy Czar Josué Colón stipulated that the lease agreement for the dock where New Fortress Energy (NFE) operates the only natural gas terminal in the north of the island is “voidable” due to the lack of approval by the agency that controls the country’s public finances.
