Loíza - The administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Michael Regan, heard first-hand yesterday the struggles of historically disadvantaged communities that deal with pollution problems in Puerto Rico, whose leaders asked the agency for more commitment and to consider and involve citizens in the search for solutions.
