WASHINGTON – The Government of Puerto Rico acknowledged yesterday that, given that the process to repeal and replace Obamacare is only just starting, they would have more chances to pressure Congress in favor of a new allocation of Medicaid funds to help the healthcare system avoid an impending fiscal cliff.
