The Financial Oversight and Management Board (FOMB) reaffirmed a number of questions regarding one of the preliminary temporary generation contracts agreed to by the Independent Procurement Office (3PPO) of the Puerto Rico Public-Private Partnerships Authority (P3A) as a prelude to a meeting scheduled for Thursday to discuss the future of alternatives for adding long-term electricity production capacity after months of administrative hurdles.
