Mayagüez - Belton Hogue arrived before anyone else at his first class at the University of Puerto Rico (UPR) Mayagüez Campus (RUM). He didn’t want to get lost after walking 30 minutes from his apartment to campus. With the help of a student, he entered the classroom early, although he still felt anxious because his main challenge is the language: he is not fluent in Spanish.
