The Oversight Board (OB) hopes that Puerto Rico will be helped by a woman who has founded an asset management company, served as economic affairs attaché for the US Embassy in Ukraine, and been in charge of the International Monetary Fund’s (IMF) $40-billion stabilization package intended to halt the debt crisis in her Eastern European country.
