Washington - A legal analysis by the Comptroller General’s Government Accountability Office (GAO) yesterday rejected the Joe Biden administration’s interpretation that a December 2019 federal law allows nearly $3 billion in annual Medicaid funds to be allocated to Puerto Rico “in perpetuity”.
