Cabo Rojo - Mayor Jorge Morales Wiscovitch said on Tuesday that the municipal police officer who called federal authorities to intervene with a Dominican woman—who had permission to work in Puerto Rico and was seeking services at the city hall—did not commit any illegal act, and therefore no disciplinary action will be taken against him.
