The Government Committee of the House of Representatives decided to refer the Energy Czar, Josué Colón, to state and federal authorities; the former executive director of the Electric Power Authority (PREPA) Mary Carmen Zapata; and the president of the Independent Procurement Office (3PPO), Osvaldo Carlo Linares, for alleged omissions and acts of negligence committed during the processing of the failed power generation contract with Power Expectations.
