Despite the fact that some of its main figures have pointed it out as its Achilles heel for almost a decade, the Popular Democratic Party (PPD) has not yet begun its reorganization, crucial to place the party in the race for 2028 and extend its dominance beyond the 41 municipalities it governs today.
