Following the deployment of agents from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) at Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport, in Carolina, due to a shortage of personnel from the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), many immigrants with pending cases or in the process of adjusting their immigration status are canceling their flights to avoid being stopped.
