The Historic Heritage Program of the Institute of Puerto Rican Culture (ICP, Spanish acronym) recommended “reviewing and adjusting” the design of the Hard Rock Hotel in Old San Juan before proceeding with the approval process, according to documents reviewed by El Nuevo Día.
