Department of Natural and Environmental Resources (DNER) Secretary Waldemar Quiles Pérez said Wednesday that he is preparing to issue an administrative order to impose new requirements on hunters who wish to return to Mona Island, including requiring them to obtain an insurance premium to prevent the government from assuming the cost of the search in case someone goes astray.
