After it became known that they are part of an investigation by the Office of the Special Independent Prosecutor Panel (OPFEI), former gubernatorial candidate and secretary general of the Puerto Rican Independence Party (PIP), Juan Dalmau Ramírez, said that Francisco Domenech and Itza García — the Secretary and Undersecretary of the Governor’s Office, respectively — “never should have” been part of Puerto Rico’s government.
