A Venezuelan is part of the group of detainees arrested last week in Puerto Rico who were transported to the detention center nicknamed “Alligator Alcatraz”, in the state of Florida, without allegedly proceeding with his arrest and without recourse to the court, and remains, since then, under “subhuman” conditions, denounced his lawyer, Mariela Negrón.
