Yesterday, the Oversight Board (OB) seemed to cast a vote of confidence in the plan submitted by Ricardo Rosselló’s administration. However, this confidence continues to rely on answers that will no doubt fail to cushion the blow caused by the adjustments included in the document. On the contrary, they could entail a new impact on the working class.
