Senate President José Luis Dalmau Santiago accused the New Progressive minority in the Senate of leaving in the hands of the Fiscal Oversight Board the amendments in the budget to authorize payment to bondholders and creditors when they announced yesterday that they would not vote in favor of a measure with that purpose.
