Washington D.C. - The Surfrider Puerto Rico Foundation took to Congress on Tuesday to denounce that the federally funded Rincón Scenic Bicycle and Pedestrian Route could cause irreversible damage to the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve, the coast and the beach of the “surfing capital”.
