The president of the Popular Democratic Party (PPD), Pablo José Hernández Rivera, will seek this Friday, in his message on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Commonwealth (ELA), to define the long-term path toward autonomy, which, he said, must begin with proving to the White House and Congress Puerto Rico’s ability to govern itself.
