Washington D.C. - The Puerto Rico Department of Justice announced that it is continuing its investigation into the murder of Carlos Muñiz Varela—a pioneer of Cuban exile trips to Havana—and that it will therefore not release the criminal case file in the short term, as requested by family members, friends, and senators.
