But Governor Pedro Pierluisi reiterated that there is no “receptivity” to granting special visas for the island’s reconstruction process

Washington, D.C. - Faced with the need for workers, the Pedro Pierluisi administration is working with New York State officials on an initiative that would allow local contractors to go to New York to look for immigrants who already have work permits and are interested in joining Puerto Rico´s reconstruction process.
