With less than a month to go before the Fiscal Oversight Board (FOSB) presents its draft budget for the next fiscal year, a key issue in that discussion remains uncertain: whether the tax relief being pushed by the Jenniffer González will take the form of an annual incentive or will it be part of permanent changes with the so-called tax reform.
