Luis Cruz Batista, director of the Office of Management and Budget (OGP, by its Spanish acronym), assured that the recent recruitment of employees in the government does not affect the budget because it is a series of worker substitutions that were already anticipated in the fiscal document, or they are being paid with federal funds and the particular income of each public agency or corporation.
