Washington – Jenniffer González, Puerto Rico Resident Commissioner in Washington, reintroduced a bill seeking to compensate Vieques residents for the damages caused by the U.S. Navy in that area, an initiative welcomed by U.S. House Natural Resources Committee Democrats last congressional session.
