Washington D.C.- U.S. Senator Bob Menendez (N.J.), and Puerto Rico Resident Commissioner Jenniffer González reintroduced yesterday legislation seeking to make permanent the excise tax cover-over on rum produced in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, which represents tens of millions of dollars for the Puerto Rican government.
