Restructuring the education system is a task that requires accurate data, clear goals, a work plan that assigns responsibilities to each member of the team and, above all, a broad vision of what is wanted and the steps to achieve it. That is the view that the Secretary of Education, Julia Keleher, gives to her tasks as project manager, in charge of transforming the agency that she directs.
