The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (Prasa) reported on Saturday that service had been restored to about 135,000 of the 190,000 subscribers in the northern zone who had seen their supply interrupted for several days due to the failure of a 72-inch pipe in the Superaqueduct.
