In just five months in office, Governor Jenniffer González has created at least 10 committees, subcommittees or working groups to address various specialized public policy issues, a mechanism that her predecessors also resorted to and which may be useful for managing the country, but which would also serve as an escape route from the real attention and solution of problems, experts agreed.
