After outlining, in their first meeting, the route they will follow in evaluating possible regulations for off-road vehicles, the director of the Commission for Traffic Safety (CST), José “Memo” González Mercado, indicated that they are examining the regulations in force in other U.S. jurisdictions to emulate certain initiatives, such as the possibility of establishing public liability insurance for these vehicles, which, he said, would also increase government revenues.
