Washington D. C. - Coinciding with events leading up to the New York Puerto Rican Parade, the Center for Puerto Rican Studies at Hunter College is holding a diaspora cultural summit this week that promotes integrating the efforts of more than 300 organizations in the United States and elevating the work of their artists.
